Shipping
Yes, we offer shipping services for your convenience. We'll ensure your custom rug is carefully packaged and shipped to your specified address. Shipping fees may vary based on location and the size of the rug.
Yep! Want your rug sent straight to someone else? Just add their shipping info at checkout and I’ll handle the rest. Heads up—extra shipping fees might apply depending on where it's going.
Need it fast? We offer a rush service for quicker delivery! Costs and availability depend on your rug’s size and complexity. Just reach out, and we’ll let you know what’s possible—we’ll make it happen if we can.
Custom rugs usually take 4–6 weeks, but big or super detailed designs can take up to 6 months. Timing depends on your design and how many orders are ahead of yours—quality takes time, but it’s worth the wait!

We provide custom tufting frames in any size you need. Whether you're working on a small project or a large one, we can build a frame to accommodate your design. We also offer adjustable 5-in-1 frames for added versatility.
Tufting Workshop
Got a wild rug idea? Go for it! We don’t limit design complexity, but bigger or super detailed rugs might take extra time. For Express or Standard workshops, simple designs work best. Want full creative freedom? Try the Open Studio!
You are welcome to bring your tufting supplies if you book an Open Studio session.
Yes! If you’ve got the skills, you can go bigger!
More experienced tufters can create rugs larger than 3x3 during the workshop or Open Studio time. Just keep in mind, your final rug size depends on your experience level and the space available.
Yes, rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours prior notice. Please contact us by phone, email or contact form in the event that you have reschedule.
Most workshops run 2–4 hours, depending on the rug size you choose. More detailed rug designs can take 6+ hours—so if you’re going big, bring snacks and block out your day!
Unfortunately, cancellations are non-refundable. We get that life happens, but once a reservation is canceled, we can't offer a refund. If your plans change, we suggest rescheduling to make sure you don't miss out!
Our rug tufting workshops are open to all ages! Kids as young as 6 have joined with a parent or guardian by their side. No matter your age, our awesome instructors make sure everyone has a safe, creative, and fun experience.
Our largest frame size is 108x108. Keep in mind that tufting bigger rugs may require multiple days to complete, so plan ahead for a longer booking!

Rug sizes can vary a lot—anywhere from a cozy 12x12 inches to over 5 feet wide! It all depends on the workshop you pick and how confident you are with the tufting gun. We’ll guide you either way!
Each workshop is tailored to you! We provide all tools and materials, plus expert help from start to finish—including design support if you're making a custom rug. Curious about the details? Check out our workshops.
Your rug size depends on the workshop you choose! Express Workshops are great for smaller rugs (perfect for beginners). Advanced Workshops are available to learn the entire rug-making process and offer the opportunity to tuft rugs larger than 9 sq ft. Got skills but no big frame? Open Studio’s got you covered.
In most cases, materials are included with your workshop registration. However, for the Free Rug Tufting Workshop, there is a $40 non-refundable booking and material fee.
