- Copyright Notice: We do not reproduce or replicate copyrighted images under any circumstances. All submitted artwork must be original or properly licensed.
- Quote Timeline: Preliminary quotes are typically provided within 48 hours of receiving your complete request.
- Minimum Order Size: All custom rug orders must meet a minimum size requirement of 4 square feet. This policy is strictly enforced without exception.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping charges are not included in the initial quote and will be calculated separately.
- Preliminary Pricing: All quotes are considered preliminary and may be adjusted following a thorough review of the final artwork and project details.
